5 frozen bananas
1/3 cup raw rolled oats
2 tbs coconut sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of nutmeg
1 cup coconut water
Blend until creamy and enjoy! (Of course, make sure your bananas are good and freckly before freezing for good digestion!)

4 Dates (sliced and soaked)
1/4 cup Raisins (soaked)
1/4 cup Almonds (chopped)
1 t. Baking spice*
3/4 cup Almond Milk
Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.
* Baking Spice suggestion - Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves and Cardamom.
TIP: Soak the raisins and dates together for at least 10 minutes (hot water) or overnight. Some of the soaking water can be used to improve the consistency and desired sweetness of this recipe.
Note: This recipe has no sugar added.

8 oz Coconut Milk
1 frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 small Blood Orange
1 serving Vega One French Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Freeze Dried Acai

Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend on high setting until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with shredded Coconut and fresh berries. Now drink with your favorite GlassDharma straw.

1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
2 bananas
2 tablespoons acai powder
3 cups coconut milk
To get the layers:
Start by mixing everything but the blueberries and acai to get the light pink color and set a side half the smoothie. Add blueberries and acai to the other half and mix until purple. Then alternate by pouring the pink and purple smoothie into the desired jar/glass.
Garnish with coconut.

½ large cucumber, about 5 to 6 inches, peeled unless organic or home-grown
1 large pear, peeled unless organic and seeds removed
4 large stalks organic kale
½ lemon
Place the cucumber, pear and kale into your juicer and juice according to manufacturer’s directions. You can peel the lemon and juice that in your juicer as well, or simply use a reamer or citrus juicer. Drink immediately for the most nutritional benefit or store in a sealed jar for one day.

2 cups sliced strawberries
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 12oz can frozen pineapple juice
2 liters ginger ale

Add strawberries, water, and sugar to a blender and blend until smooth. Add to a large pitcher and mix in frozen pineapple juice and lemon juice. Stir until well combined. Slowly stir in ginger ale and stir to combine.
